Local History Day 2010Adam Longcroft gave the BALH annual lecture at the Imperial War Museum on 5 June. His 'new insights into vernacular architecture' raised pertinent and thought-provoking questions from the floor, relating his work in East Anglia to many other parts of the country. His lecture will be published in The Local Historian. This was preceeded by lively and valuable presentations and discussion on local history and the internet; the Association's AGM and 2010 awards ceremony.... more information |
